(“Krew,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website(s) and when you use our products and services, including our AI agents and integrations with third‑party production tools (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.
- For platform customers, Krew primarily acts as a service provider / processor handling data only under your instructions. You, the customer, typically act as the data controller for content you connect to Krew.
- For our own website operations, account administration, billing, and support, Krew acts as an independent controller.
Important: Krew does not sell or share personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising.

- Project details, production schedules, messages, emails, files, contacts, and task data routed by your AI agents through integrations you enable
- Timestamps, message status, delivery receipts, and workflow logs
Integration credentials
- Tokens and configuration for systems you connect (for example, email, calendars, storage, project management tools, CRMs, help desks)
- Access limited to scopes you authorize
Communications data
- SMS, MMS, email, and call metadata and content processed through the Service
- Opt‑in and consent records, delivery receipts, unsubscribe events

- IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, referring pages

Children

Messaging and telephony privacy (SMS/MMS/Voice)
Krew uses vetted messaging vendors and telecom carriers to deliver messages. To meet carrier and industry requirements:
- Non‑sharing statement: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes phone numbers, consent status, message data, and opt‑out information. Mobile information may be shared with vendors and carriers only to provide the Service.
- Consent and opt‑in: We send messages only to users who have provided appropriate consent or where messaging is strictly transactional under your instructions.
- Opt‑out and help: You can reply STOP to end and HELP for help.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on the workflow and settings you or your production team configure.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
- Carrier liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
What we collect for messaging: mobile number, opt‑in status and timestamp, message content, delivery status, and limited device or carrier metadata. We retain consent records as required for compliance.
